I don't have Print Shop installed on my computer. I did have an old version of Calendar Creator installed. I Uninstalled that and Deluxe 12. Rebooted. Reinstalled Deluxe 12 and still have the same problem. I checked for updates on my video card driver and I have the most recent one.

Any other ideas?

khyzer,

When you uninstalled the programs, there may be left over files still. I would recommend you use a free program called Revo-Uninstaller Free located here:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/start_freeware_download.html

This program is Free and will help remove any left-over files left from the uninstaller. After you use this program I would recommend you reboot and then download another free program called CCleaner that will help remove Windows Temporary files from your system. This is located here: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/slim

Good Luck.

As is noted in the link I recommended above, and as FixitMAD recommended above, after software in uninstalled, it is very important to always either search the hard drive for portions of the software that was not removed during the uninstall, then manually delete those portions OR use software to remove the remaining portions. Then, it is important to clean the hard drive before attempting a reinstallation. In addition to removing Windows Temporary files from your system, the Ccleaner that FixitMAD recommended will also remove any corrupt registry entries which might have been created during the uninstall. And, most important of all, it is important to disable background programs, as is described in the link I recommended above - in the reinstall portion of that link.
