Is your internet security set to not allow Print Shop to download the clip art images?

It's still happening this morning when I try to load the program. While ellengard suggested that it will work itself out, I think I was a bit premature to post that the content servers were back up and running when they are not.

Here is a screenshot of the latest experience of the program I had this morning.
