Here is your screen capture that you emailed to me. I see that you do not have a text box containing mail merge fields in your project and that your Print Shop 3.5 address book is empty.

First thing you need to do is create the address book. Not just any address book. It must be a Print Shop 3.5 address book. You must create one from scratch OR import contact information INTO the Print Shop 3.5 address book.

Look carefully at my screen capture and note the differences:

You are being prompted to import contacts because your Print Shop 3.5 address book is empty.

1. I did have an address book. I did have a text box. I neglected to activate the address book thru the drop down menu.

2. I don't find a place to put titles (Mr./Mrs. etc.) in the address book. Where can I put these?

3. Is there a way of alphabetizing the names in an address book.

You can sort the names temporarily in the Address Book, by clicking the Field Name at the top of the column. This does not affect the order that your labels are printed in. This simply helps you find a name in your Address Book.

There is no "Title" mail merge field, so no way to print it except doing a workaround (which may be more trouble than it's worth).

Here is the workaround: Use a Custom field.
