I have an issue with programmed Black jack - IE the dealer consistently gets 21 when the player has 20.I contend this has been programmed by the game makers programmers.

IMO

The game maker should make the potential buyer aware that these games have been programmed.
I've played this game for hours upon hours and there's NO WAY it's truly a legitimate game e.g. (look below)

1. Player raises their bet and the dealer consistently gets Black Jack
2. Dealer gets a 20 hand 75 percent of the time.
3. Player has numerous push hands every playing session (2-5)
4. 9 times out of 10 the dealer hits 21 whenever the player has 20

Thank you for your feedback on our games, Please note that any feedback will be used to improve future versions of Hoyle.

Unfortunately there is not a whole lot that can be done about the programming as it's final so if you are not satisfied with your purchase please visit http://support.encore.com/customerservice/refunds.aspx to view our refund policy.

Your Welcome

Unfortunately I received this game as a gift some time ago -- my issue isn't about getting a refund.
I contend that this Black Jack game has been programmed & that's my entire point - WHY! does encore find it necessary
to basically 'cheat'? IMO there's NO way any legitimate Casino would stay in business using those kind of tactics ---
also my Black jack game gets 21 9 times out of 10 whenever I have 20 - IMO there's NO WAY that's happenstance - it's been programmed by the game maker.

This game maker of Black Jack has corrupted the game (Buyer BEWARE!)

They have programmed this game of black jack and,IMO the consumer should be aware before purchasing this game.
I've played this game for hours upon hours and there's NO doubt whatsoever that Encore has done ---
the potential customer an injustice by deceiving them about the integrity of this game of Black Jack -- basically they cheat.
IMO the powers that be can deny it all they want - personally I wouldn't give you two cents for this game.

I'm very sorry but I must close this thread to keep the forum in line of what it's intended for. I do understand your frustration on this game but as I've mentioned above there is nothing that can be done about the programming of the game. We will use your feedback, however to improve our future versions of games.
