Depending on the program you run, sometimes a program will fail to run because the display scaling is set to large. In order to resolve this issue, right click on the desktop and select Personalization.

If you do that you will get a screen like this

On the bottom left of the interface click on Display. Make sure the slider is set to Smaller. If it is set to larger , slide it all the way to the left.
