In previous versions of Print Shop I could blur the edge of pictures and put a shadow around it. I cannot figure out how to do the same on The Print Shop 3.5. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this task?

To apply a shadow on your picture, click the Drop Shadow button above. It looks like a star with a shadow, located in the Images tab which automatically opens when you click a picture.

Unfortunately, there is no feathering tool. You would have to feather your picture with a photo-editing program (e.g. Photoshop Elements or any of the free downloads available), save as PNG with transparency. Import the PNG into your project.
