Printer issue - dbl printing - 11/16/2015 12:52:05 PM    dabiii   Posts: 1 Joined: 11/16/2015 Status: offline When I attempt to print a card in Printshop 2 for Mac, it will always print two copies of the first page and second page and printing is NOT where it is supposed to be. I have looked everywhere for an answer. I am using an HP 8630 printer. and a MacBook Pro with the lastest upgrade (OSX Yosemite). I can find no way to correct this problem either on the forum or in the user manual or any of the knowledge bases. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please note that only one copy is being requested, however two copies of the pages always appear in the printview box. _____________________________ Dan Brock Post #: 1

A workaround is to print to PDF. That way, your printer works with Adobe Reader, rather then Print Shop. An updated printer driver may solve your issue. (in reply to dabiii) Post #: 3
