Due to the way AOL is designed, you may have difficulty downloading files. Symptoms may include downloads failing to start, downloads that are corrupt, or other abnormal behavior.
It is suggested to use an actual web browser to download your file.
Internet Explorer is built into most Windows machines. However if Internet Explorer is not working, please try the following browsers to download:
Mozilla Firefox: http://www.getfirefox.com
Google Chrome: http://chrome.google.com
Opera: http://www.opera.com
AOL Users: Since your email receipt is saved on your AOL email box, you may need to log into your webmail to retrieve the download link. The URL for the web based AOL email is at http://webmail.aol.com
You can also log into the website that you purchased on and find your order information with the download link.
