ellengard makes a very good point. Perhaps you can describe more details about your staff calendar so that different options can be explored. First, an Outlook calendar can't be synced with a Calendar Creator calendar, so unless the staff calendar is static, or changes very infrequently, updating the Calendar Creator calendar with current data from Outlook is not practical. Will your calendar be maintained by one person, or on one computer? It is not designed for use on servers, but only for stand-alone PCs. If it would be beneficial for more than one person to be able to add or edit events, you might do better with a Cloud calendar, like Yahoo's or Google's. With one of those, changes would be visible instantly to everyone authorized to see it, and also to be changed by those authorized to do so via Sharing.
