I had and earlier version to this program and the was able to have the birthdays add there ages as the years progress. But for some reason with this newer version it will not add. I have a nephew that will be 17 years old on January 12th of 2017 so I clicked on that date and added his name to the New Event section, then check Do not use the time, then click
, then click repeat every year and the clicked Birthday in the category. After that I clicked on functions click &birthday and then paste that function and then click OK. But after all that it will not add 18th to the 2018 calendar.
Now I was able to have a birthday add if I had someone that was born in January 2017 going forward in the calendar but how do I make it add if someone is born in 2000? I tried to change the To and From dates to 2000 and that didn't work I'm not sure what the Until and For will do under the repeat button. I have call the help desk and the support line and on one has and answer
does anyone out there have any ideas or will this newer program only add from 2017 and won't work on the earlier years. Any help would be appreciated this is the only reason I bought this program.

Post moved to the correct forum for Calendar Creator 2016.

The birthday function appears to work mostly the same way as it does in Calendar Creator 12.1 (and earlier). From your description, you were creating the event correctly, but you may have missed a detail somewhere. Please look at this screenshot of a birthday example, and see where your event differs. This example displays the birthday event in the current month for someone born in 2010, as seen, and also in an object created for a January 2018 month, with the birthday age incremented (not shown). Does your event differ from this, except for name and specific birth date? Make sure you've filled the "Until" box with a date far enough into the future to cover birthdays for some years into the future, or at least as long as you want to print calendars showing the birthday.

Now it works I didn't change the date in the Until column which was the problem.

Another question I have I tried loading the calendar program on another computer which has a Windows 10 system and I worked a little bit but now when I bring up the program and click on the calendar saved I see all the calendars month on the left side but when I click on the different month on the left
side you do not see the calendar month on the main screen it is blank and when I click on another month on the left and the main screen is now blank and then look on the left column now it is blank also.
I called and talked to the support team and they said delete and reinstall the program and that didn't work I called again and they said reinstall and delete all the hidden files I did that and it still doesn't work. I then did a search for any folder that had to do with the Calendar Creator and deleted all those files and reinstalled the program one more time
and it still doesn't work. Any ideas on what went wrong with the program that it worked when I first installed it and not it will not even after 3 or 4 reinstalls.

I don't know if this applies to CC 2016, but some programs are only licensed for one computer. I have an Adobe program that has to be deactivated and uninstalled from the computer, before it will install on a different computer. It KNOWS if the deactivation was not done.
