Close the program down. Press Control Alt Delete and make sure that printshop.exe is not running. If it is, right click on the process and select "End Task" Go to the Control Panel and select Programs and Features. Uninstall the program. Once the process is complete, check C:\Program Files x86\ for a Print Shop 4.0 folder. If one is left over, please drag The Print Shop 4.0 folder to the recycle bin and empty it. Restart your computer and install the program from the file or disc you have. Once the installation is complete, try the program again.
