I am using the week planner layout of Calendar Creator 10. My calendar only shows one (or two) events per day. The rest of my events are listed on my overflow page. Is there a way to reduce the amount of space each event requires?

Hi cgjjad,

One problem with the week planner layout in Calendar Creator 10 is that only one column of events can be displayed in each day cell.

There is only one way that I know of to reduce the amount of space each event requires. To do so, right click on an empty day cell, then select 'Properties' from the menu that drops down. When the Layout Object Properties window opens, click on the down arrow next to the 'Set Properties of' box, then select 'Grid' in the list that drops down. If there is not already a checkmark in the box next to 'Moveable', click in the box to place a checkmark there (just in case you need to resize the day cells), then click on the Miscellaneous tab. On the Miscellaneous tab window, check the box next to 'Fit Event Cell Size to Description'. If there is no checkmark in that box, click in the box to place a checkmark there and to activate that option. If activating the 'Fit Event Cell Size to Description' option does not provide the desired results, your only other option would be to resize the day cell. To do so, click once on the day cell, then place your cursor over either the top line or the bottom line of the day cell. When the cursor changes to a double-sided arrow, click and drag (up or down, as the case may be) to make the day cell larger.
