Windows 7

1. Right click on the shortcut which starts the program.

2. When the menu pops up, click on the 'Troubleshoot Compatibility' option.

3. When the window opens, click on the 'Try Recommended Settings' option. Follow through with all recommended steps for fixing the problem.

NOTE: It is very important to keep in mind that Compatibility Mode is not a 'cure-all' to fix all installation problems. Instead, Compatibility Mode is intended to be used only when it is determined that the program being installed is not compatible with the Operating System on which it is being installed. And, it is also very important to keep in mind that Compatibility Mode will often select only Win98 or WinXP for optional settings.

So, before using Compatibility Mode, the recommended course of action is to click on the link below

then follow the directions in that 'Troubleshooting Installation Problems' FAQ.
