Windows XP Click on this link http://support.riverdeep.net/techtips_detail.asp?id=94 to view "Running Programs in Windows® XP Using Compatibility Mode" Windows® Vista Click on this link http://support.riverdeep.net/techtips_detail.asp?id=164 to view "Running Programs in Windows® Vista Using Compatibility Mode" Windows 7 1. Right click on the shortcut which starts the program. 2. When the menu pops up, click on the 'Troubleshoot Compatibility' option. 3. When the window opens, click on the 'Try Recommended Settings' option. Follow through with all recommended steps for fixing the problem. OR Click on this link http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html to view "How to Run a Program in Compatibility Mode in Windows 7". NOTE: It is very important to keep in mind that Compatibility Mode is not a 'cure-all' to fix all installation problems. Instead, Compatibility Mode is intended to be used only when it is determined that the program being installed is not compatible with the Operating System on which it is being installed. And, it is also very important to keep in mind that Compatibility Mode will often select only Win98 or WinXP for optional settings. So, before using Compatibility Mode, the recommended course of action is to click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=28809&mpage=1&key=炉 then follow the directions in that 'Troubleshooting Installation Problems' FAQ.
