I get the error message whenever I try to start up the application. I have updated the video card drivers at NVidia's website, restarted, and I've tried numerous video settings. For instance, I have changed the refresh rate from 60 Hz to 70 Hz to 75 Hz. I've changed the color from 32 bit to 16 bit. I just don't know what to try anymore. I've done a clean install of this program since upgrading everything (the video card, and DirectX). Any help would be appreciated.
