JPG - won't open (Full Version)

e-mail contained a snapfire picture with jpg file extension. Print Shop displayed a message that the file could not read with that extension. Is there a problem with Print Shop or with my computer?

JPG files can be imported into a PrintShop project. You were trying to open the JPG as if it were a project.

So open a blank project, then Insert| From File... and browse to where you stored the JPG.
