JPG - won't open - 7/8/2009 8:16:55 AM    Miss Pat   Posts: 4 Joined: 7/8/2009 Status: offline e-mail contained a snapfire picture with jpg file extension. Print Shop displayed a message that the file could not read with that extension. You were trying to open the JPG as if it were a project. So open a blank project, then Insert| From File... and browse to where you stored the JPG. (in reply to Miss Pat) Post #: 2
