how do I blurr the edge of one photo so I can then lay it over top of another photo?

Sorry, PM18 has no such feature. The Print Shop 23 has the "soft edges" feature. PM2.0 (which is nothing like the other PrintMasters) also has NO edge feathering. What you want can be found in stand-alone photo-editors such as PhotoShop Elements, Digital Image Pro and Paint Shop Pro.
