Is it possible to create a custom paper size for a project using Printmaster Platinum 15?

Yes eschuh, PrintMaster Platinum 15 does offer the Custom Paper Wizard in the Tools menu. As a matter of fact, even Print Shop 12 offers the Custom Paper Wizard in the Tools menu.
