RWacker53 -> Calendar Creator for Windows Version 4 on Vista (10/20/2010 4:59:11 AM)

A few months ago I started having problems with adding / changing recurring events; such as adding a new birthday with the "COUNT" function. It would post this event starting on that day and continue with occurrences the rest of that month even though it was defined as a "yearly" event.

I'm running on the Windows Vista O/S.

thanks...

Hi RWacher53,

Since Calendar Creator 4 was originally released before WinXP was released, only these Operating Systems are listed in the Minimum System Requirements

Windows 3.x/ NT / 98 / 2000 / Me / 95, Mac, Linux, Unix

What that means is that there is no guarantee that Calendar Creator 4 is completely compatible with any newer Operating System.

If you have been successfully using Calendar Creator 4 for some time, but are not able to do so now, it is possible that a recent Vista update has caused Calendar Creator 4 to no longer be compatible with your Vista OS. And, if that is the case, I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done - other than to consider upgrading to a newer version of Calendar Creator, which can be purchased here

As can be seen here

Calendar Creator 4.0 project files can be easily opened in Calendar Creator 10, 12, Platinum, Ultimate Organizer & 12.1.
