Brandy redux -> PS 3.0: How to submit Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes (8/25/2011 3:59:56 PM)

Since these forums are not monitored on a regular basis by the Development Team, the quickest way to get your point across to the people who can actually make a difference would be to submit your Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes directly to the Development Team.
To do so, please do this:
1. Click on the link below
http://support.encore.com/ordersupport/order_support_frm.aspx
to access the 'Online Order Support Request' form.
2. Click on the down arrow next to the 'Product' box, then select the name of the product for which you would like to submit Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes.
NOTE: If you do not find the name of your product in that list, Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes are no longer being acceptable for that product.
3. Click on the down arrow next to the 'Support Category' box, then select 'Feedback/Suggestions' in the list that drops down.
4. Type your Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes into the 'Message' box.
5. In the box just above the 'Submit' box, type the characters you see in the 'Word Verification' section.
6. Click on 'Submit' to submit your Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes.
NOTE: Please do keep in mind that the Development Team does not normally reply when users submit Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes.
