Hi srogers426,
If you are using Print Shop 3.0 Deluxe, you will not be able to create tables - because the tables option is available only in Print Shop 3.0 Professional.
Please do keep in mind that the Print Shop 3.0 User Guide lists ALL options which are accessible in The Print Shop 3.0 Professional. However, not all of the options which are described in the User Guide are accessible in The Print Shop 3.0 Deluxe.
