As to where you said this:

On the screen everything looks fine but when I go to print preview the banner is displayed in portrait orientation and the lettering in landscape. If I rotate the lettering to portrait it will only display and print the first 2 pages."
When I chose the 4 sheet format in landscape orientation for my banner, then went to Print Preview, what I saw looked like the image at the bottom of this message. However, when I printed the banner, the banner printed correctly on 4 sheets of paper.
Even though I expected the paper to be printed in landscape orientation (8.5 inches tall and 11 inches wide), the paper was actually printed in portrait orientation (11 inches tall and 8.5 inches wide) - while the lettering and graphics were correctly printed from left to right across the portrait sheet.
As is stated several times on this forum, the 3.0.6 patch has not fixed all known bugs. And, some of those bugs are related to the fact that the Print Preview does not always display the project as it will actually be printed.
