Problem POSA - The setup encountered an error while attempting to connect to the activation server Solution During the installation of the program purchased from Wal-Mart, you are asked for a serial number. When you enter the serial number, an error message is displayed "the setup encountered an error while attempting to connect to the activation server". An Internet connection is required to activate and use The Print Shop 3.0 purchased from Wal-Mart. If you do not have an Internet connection, we recommend that you contact Wal-Mart for a refund.
