I am having difficulty transitioning from 23 to 3.0, can someone please provide the steps in 3.0 for importing a word processing file intoa a newsletter. Thanks.

3.0 does not import Word docs. You have to highlight and copy the contents of the open file, then paste the contents into a text box. Unfortunately, 3.0's linking text boxes don't work properly, so you really have to create all your text boxes first, then copy just the correct amount of text into each text box.[:-]
