Hi there,

I've got a customer who has bought PrintShop 3.0 Professional and is attempting to make some flyers, however every time she starts a new project, it prompts her to save her unfinished work. Regardless of whether she selects yes, or no, the prorgam then shuts down on her. Is there any fix for this? We've tried uninstalling it and the patch.

The patch is the fix for the crashing. You will need to submit a tech support ticket and explain that the program is still crashing even with the patch. I had the same problem and Encore took care of it for me right away.
