When I go to open print shop deluxe version 21 it freezes at the splash screen. I have uninstalled it and followed the following instructions so far with no luck : Go to the control panel Go to add remove program select Microsoft .netframework 1.1 and remove Also if you have the Microsoft .netframework 1.1 Hotfix select that and click remove as well. Once both those are removed we can reinstall Microsoft .netframework from the Print Shop Install disc You can do this by: Insert the Print Shop Install disc Double Click on My computer Right Click on the Drive that contains the Print Shop Disc Left click the open option. Double click on the folder called Setup Double click on the file that’s called 1033DotNetfx This will reinstall the net framework on your computer and it should fix the issue you are having. HELP! It's driving me crazy and I just do not want to spend any more money on *%&T that fails to work properly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate. Thank you in advance for any and all help :)
