I recently purchased Print Shop 3.0 Delux. Under the project tab I am unable to find the "insert" guide function that is shown in the user guide. I am also not able to drag the guide onto a project through the ruler. Does anyone have any information on guides?

In the View Tab, put a check in Show Guides and Show Rulers. Then click and drag on a ruler to drop a guide onto your project. OR If you open the Project Tab, click the Insert icon (next to the Save icon).
