I downloaded the TPS3.5 from staples. Installed the program, but anytime I try to import a picture, the program crashes. Ideas? [image]local://upfiles/24985/E5C060A3656C476B8CA1B89963078274.jpg[/image]

Could be a corrupted installation, but it'd be better to get tech advice from tech support. (This forum is for functionality support e.g. how to do a mail merge, how to edit a graphic.) Can you try opening with paint the picture you want to import and resave it as another format and see if it crashes? I've seen behavior on mine where it crashed but found out the picture file had some odd properties and converting it to another format solved the problem.
