Is it possible to set page view so that it stays the same when I move between pages? I want to the view to stay at 100% instead of it reverting to 48% every time I move to a different page.

Unfortunately, switching to a different page ALWAYS brings it up at "whole page" size. The least effort way of dealing with this, is to have the View tab open at the top of the screen, where you can click the 100% button.
