Cannot find Object Toolbar

Muphomo -> Cannot find Object Toolbar - Help, Please! (8/1/2014 4:33:26 PM)
I opened 23.1 only to discover that the Object Toolbar is missing! I have no idea where it went. Please help me locate it. I can't do anything without Object Toolbar. I'm running Windows 8 - NOT 8.1 - (actually, wish I could permanently get rid of the offer to upgrade but I'm only given two choices for responding: "Yes" and "Ask me later" Arrrggh.) Thanks.
