I am having trouble with Print Shop 3.0. The printed copies are not clear. Any ideas?

The print quality has been improved in version 3.5 except that Headlines still print blurry. Check out the refund policy. Perhaps you can ask to replace your program with The Print Shop 23.1 (Win 7 compatible, not Win 8.1 compatible) or Serif Page Plus. Both of these desktop publishing programs are available from encore.com, and have a long, proven track record.
