downloading online graphics (Full Version)

I am using Printmaster 18.0
I have windows Vista 64 bit.
I use Mozilla for my browser.
I cannot download some of my graphics. The icon is there showing there is a graphic with the name of the graphic.
The text says "Available Online." When I click on the icon I get a little window saying "download progress" with the number of the graphic and the suffix identifying the type of graphic, i.e. wmf or jpg
However the graphic never downloads.
I have turned off my firewalls. Zonealarm and Avast.
The windows firewall is off as well.
I have "repaired" and reinstalled Printmaster 18, but that was not help.
I don't remember having this problem before, just recently.
Any suggestions?

I went to the link you gave.
It referred me to Tech Support.
Under the link for "Accessing Online Graphics and Images" it gives the suggestion which I posted above that I had performed, because I had read that before.
There is a note that says, " Didn't find what you were looking for? At the bottom of each article are options for contacting Technical Support. "
However, I couldn't find the option for contacting Technical Support.
I seemed to be going around in circles here.

I didn't refer you to Tech Support. I gave you a link to a post about the Content Server Outage Notification.

Are you still having this problem? Everything is downloading fine with me, so the outage is fixed.

PrintMaster 18 is no longer supported, but perhaps you can submit as v18.1.

OH DUMMY ME!
I'm sorry. I didn't even think about that. I got the messages about the power outage, but wasn't thinking that affected the clip art download.
Thank you for the help.
I'll pay better attention next time.

Are you able to download the clipart now?

Yes. All of my clipart are coming in fine.
