When upgrading from Windows 7 or 8 / 8.1 to Windows 10, the program may not function correctly. If you have not upgraded yet, it would be advisable to to backup your files before uninstalling. The following post here: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=36475 has some great advice for locating your *.bcc files. Once you have backed up your files, uninstall the program. On Windows 7, Click Start, Control Panel, and click the link that says "Uninstall a Program" Under Windows 8.1, right click the Start Button at the bottom left of the screen and select "Programs and Features" Under both uninstall interfaces, click on the listing for Calendar Creator 12.1 Deluxe and click the "Uninstall" button. Once the program is removed, check the C:\Program Files (x86)\ director for a Calendar Creator folder. If it's there right click on the folder and select "Delete" Empty the Recycle Bin. Restart your computer. Perform the Windows 10 upgrade. ** Special Note ** It is advisable to not install CC 12.1 Deluxe on Windows 10 until you have the most recent build of Windows 10 installed. Many customers refer to this upgrade as "Windows 10.1" If you decide to install CC 12.1 Deluxe without performing this upgrade, you may have to follow the uninstall directions for Windows 8.1 and reinstall CC 12.1 Deluxe.
