I'm getting sick and tired of this. Have updated as instructed saves to my downloads click on that go to install click on setup and then screen disappears and nothing happens. Running Windows 10. I have a small printing business and have customers getting annoyed as I've been telling them what's happening. Just continually keeps on saying not connected to internet. Reading some of the blogs, I'm not the only one

Hello Warko,

You will need to check for an update to the 3.5.5 patch and then it will function.

Sorry I did not complete my posting.

If the update does not function, the Net Framework 4.0 may not be installed.
