How do I change / set the save projects location? I am using Windows 10 and the program runs great except when I want to save my project, I get a window that says the project was saved but could not be added to "MY Projects".

Are you running 18 or 18.1? Version 18 is not so much compatible on Windows 10 as 18.1 is but then there are some glitches.
