I want to just print one page of a half folded 8.5 x 11 greeting card I created. The problem is that the picture comprising the page I want to print gets placed in the center of entire
page as opposed to staying on page 3 of 4 pages (which should be one side of that page and not the center)

It appears that this bug which appeared in version 6, still exists in version 8:

As a workaround, print all, but before you do, cover up the other panels with a white rectangle which you can remove later.
