I have a card ready to print and on the bottom left you can see all 4 pages. But when I select to print 2,3 for one thing it only will print page 2 and when I put the paper back in to print page 3 it just prints over on page 2. Why do I have to put the paper in twice to print 2 pages on the same side and why is it printing on the same side?

That is definitely not what is supposed to happen. Please try to print all. The outsides will print, then you will be ask to flip and reinsert the paper, then the insides will be printed. See this thread for details:

Just finished some testing. The card prints fine when you print all. However, if you select less than all, each selected page prints on its own sheet. This is a bug.
