Failed to Create Picture (Full Version)

I have OS Windows 10.
I have PM 18
When trying to open Art Gallery some PM photos give a message "Failed To Create Picture."
Not All. In Photographs, Photo Fun, Religious are the ones I know.
Most of the items in the gallery will open.
Is it possible to open these.
I went to the support and followed the procedure listed there.
I also turned off my Windows Defender but that was no help.
Any suggestions?

Is this 18 or 18.1? 18.1 is the Win 7 compatible version of the program which gives a better user experience.

The original 18, which may work is not optimized for 7 and higher and may cause issues.

Thank you.
I am using OS Windows 10.
I have PM 6.0 but I don't particularly care for it.
I prefer the functionality of PM 18
Guess I'll have to do without the pictures that won't be accessed.
