Good day, This just started yesterday. I have uninstalled reinstalled, installed updates, etc....
When I make a landscape sign, it prints in portrait, in the print preview, it in portrait also. I did also try to save as PDF and JPEG and it saves as portrait of course with it cut off. I have never had this happen before, help!

I am unable to reproduce this error except by specifying portrait orientation in the print setup. When it's set for landscape, my landscape sign prints correctly.

Try opening a ready-made landscape sign project, then replace elements with what you want. See if that prints OK. It could be that your particular project got corrupted.

If you like, you can email any of us through the forums email system, we'll reply and ask you for a copy of the project. I only have Print Shop 4.0 but it is my understanding that 3.0 projects can open in there.
