I would like to curve my text around a picture or in a circle shape with a picture in the middle of the text..thanks

Unfortunately, no, this program cannot do text along a path (curve) such as can be done in Photo Shop or Illustrator. The closest thing is using the Headlines feature as shown here.

I was curious to see if Printmaster (another Encore program) could do text the way you want. It does!
