Printmaster Gold 12 has just recently quit working in Windows 10, please help to get it working again

I am kind of amazed that your version 12 has worked up to your previous-to-last update of Windows 10. I think version 12 is 20 years old? It was never supported in Win 10, so unfortunately I don't think there is any way to run the program anymore unless you have a working computer with an older operating system. For example, my version 18.1 runs perfectly on Win 7.

Going back to a old restore point and preventing any further updates to Win 10 is not a good option, just to run Printmaster 12. The current version of Printmaster that is compatible with Win 10 is not at all like the old version. The closest thing would be The Print Shop 23.1.

OKay, print shop 23.1 will not work in windows 10 either, I bought the program but it won't run. Any suggestions?

That's great! Hopefully your new Print Shop 23.1 can open the projects you made in PrintMaster 12, but there are likely incompatibility issues since these programs are too far apart in years.

However, I have PrintMaster 18.1 which can open PrintMaster 12 projects. If you have a critical project that you need to retrieve, I could open it with my PrintMaster 18.1 program and resave it in a newer format that you can open in Print Shop 23.1.
