The online user's guide that was at https://www.printshop.com/user-guide/50.aspx is now gone. Now when you select help from the upper right corner of PrintShop 5 you get an error.

I apologize that the user guide is not working as expected. We are working on a fix for the user guide as it has been moved to a new site, for the time being you can use this site
