delmarva -> Help finding help (2/28/2022 11:45:56 PM) The more I try to use this version, the more frustrated I get. The help server is listed as "down". I can't even register my downloaded copy. I found a way to use an older version that had stopped working a couple of months ago. Tonight, on V9, I tried to add a background to a business card and could not find anything with the medical symbol in it. So I just added a standard background, after I figured out how, but could not delete it. Is there anyone out there that can convince me that ITS JUST ME and not the software.

Casey220 -> RE: Help finding help (3/1/2022 8:58:05 PM) I have used Printmaster for over 25 years. This version V9 is the worst Printmaster program I have ever used. It is not user friendly. I have tried to delete something that is only used as a guide, but good luck. This program was just a waste of money. You cannot use anything that you have learned in the past Printmaster programs on this version. Very unhappy customer!
