printing only the month - 1/20/2007 2:31:53 PM    MAMA HELP   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/20/2007 Status: offline I am new to this so please be kind! I have just recently purchased calendar creator platinum and I am having problems with not being able to print only the mth. that I have selected!!!! Every time I go to print it prints the month previous as well. I am getting very frustrated with trying to get help from others and I was hoping someone here would be able to help ME!!!!!! RE: printing - 1/20/2007 3:00:37 PM    Brandy Posts: 37 Joined: 11/1/2006 Status: offline Hi Mama, When you have the calendar open on the screen, do you see the word "Month" in the bottom toolbar at the top of the screen (to the left of the Left and Right arrows)? If you do, you should be able to print just that one month by doing this: Click on Print in the File menu. When the Print window opens, look in the Start Date, Periods and End Date boxes in the lower right corner of the window. To print just the one month, the Periods box should be 1. The Start Date should be the first day of the month you want to print; and, the End Date should be the last day of the month you want to print. So, for example, if you want to Print January, 2007, the Start Date should be 1/1/2007 and the End Date should be 1/31/2007. If the Start Date, Periods and End Date are not correct, you can change those dates by either clicking in the boxes and manually changing the dates yourself or clicking on the up and down arrows next to each box.
