Is Hoyle Card Games 2007 really Hoyle Card Games 2005? - 6/1/2007 11:39:34 AM    milica   Posts: 1 Joined: 6/1/2007 From: Toronto Status: offline Hi there, This subject line may seem a little odd, but I am having problems with my version of Hoyle Card Games 2007 which I just ordered recently from digitalriver. The problems are with the Cribbage and Hoyle Bucks, and the more I read the forums, the more I notice that this is a problem with Hoyle Card Games 2005. Now the shortcuts on my desktop and the filename state that the product is in fact Hoyle Card Games 2007, BUT when I open up the "About Card Games" inside the actual game it is saying that it is Hoyle Card Games 2005. Is this an error with digitalriver or is this the old game just being repackaged as something new without any issues being resolved? I've already sent an e-mail to Encore regarding this, but I sent them one a few days back regarding my issues with the Hoyle Bucks and still have not received a response, so who knows how long it will take. The game was shipped out and the changeover in the manual did not quite make it over to this one. So if you see 2005 in there ignore it.
