Problem Faded Images Solution The 'faded images' issue is being caused by a file on your computer which is conflicting with the software. To resolve the problem you are currently encountering please follow these steps: 1. Download and install the latest browser which is available here: Click here to download setup.exe (11.1 MB) http://support.encoreusa.com/download.asp?id=74 2. Download and Unzip the Lead Update file to your hard drive. Click here to download LeadUpdate.zip (6.2 MB) http://support.encoreusa.com/download.asp?id=75 3. Copy all of the files you have unzipped and paste them into the folder where you installed the new Hemera Image Browser from step 1. For example: C:\Program Files\Hemera\Image Browser * At this point you should have a file named 'Update Complete.txt' in the folder where you installed the new Hemera Image Browser from step 1. 4. Launch the application from the new Hemera Image Browser icon that was created in step 1.
