If you have anti-virus software running when you attempt to install a Hemera application, it may abort the installation process. Anti-virus programs and scanners often interfere with Hemera® installations because they don't recognize the file formats Hemera uses.
Try closing all programs and disabling your anti-virus software BEFORE you install your Hemera product.
For Windows users, a 'clean' install, as described in this FAQ
If the installation continues to fail, and if you have more than one CD or DVD drive, you could also try running the program from a second location, just to make sure your main CD/DVD drive is not malfunctioning.
