Problem #1: Maximum Pool Freezes when you attempt to start it.

Solution: If you have a USB Joystick/Gamepad connected to your system, please unplug this before starting the game. The game should then launch normally.

Problem #2: Hoyle Puzzle Games 2005 not included in the Hoyle 2005 Puzzle/Board Bundle Download

Solution: You may see this combination being offered on certain sites - for a free trial or purchase. The site mistakenly lists the product as a bundle. In actuality, only Hoyle Board Games 2005 is included in the download.

Problem #3: Crashing / Lockup.

Solution: Some integrated sound solutions may cause Hoyle Board and Puzzle 2005 to crash. Please ensure that you are using the absolute latest drivers for your sound card.

Problem #4: Mahjong and Gravity Tiles are Missing in the Jewel Case version of Hoyle Board Games 2005.

Solution: Even though the documentation for Hoyle Board Games 2005 lists Mahjong and Gravity Tiles as being in included in the game, the documentation is incorrect.
