I am trying to create a flyer and I wanted to use bullets within the text. The characters that appear under Text, Bullets and Numbering in either the default window or the advanced window, are not the ones that appear in the text. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Did you click on the bullet icon on the text toolbar? I can choose any of the bullet styles from there and they all appear in the text box as expected.

That doesn't work either. I still get the crazy characters. For example, the first bullet option ofa dot comes out in my text as a lower case k. Thanks for the suggestion.

When the program doesn't display the proper characters, that indicates either an outdated video card driver or a corrupt installation.

Do you need instructions on how to fix these situations?

That would be great. I have never had this happen with any of my offer programs that use bullets such as MS Word. This is a new purchase of Print Shop 22. Thank you.

OK, let's address the video card driver. Please go here

Updating Video Card Driver: 2000/XP/Vista/7/Mac OS X 10.4.0 and later

Thank you so much. That fixed my problem. I had a similar problem with a game my son just purchased so I hope this will fix that also.

Thank you for posting back to confirm that updating the video driver solved your problem. That's very helpful for other new users who may experience the same thing.

I expect your son's game will function better now, too!
